On 4th March 2011, Bruntwood and Techcelerate reached final agreement to setup Tech Centre Manchester at No. 1 Portland Street, Manchester, which was known previously as eOffice Manchester, before Bruntwood took over in late 2010.

On 8th March 2011, edocr.com joined as the first tenant. Whilst the centre will be officially launched later, we are nevertheless open for business and actively seeking tech companies to join whilst working out the finer operational details with Bruntwood and Techcelerate.
